Warm up routine (missed it) this morning

Mini morning exercises

Step 1
wall press ups 50 in total duration 1 min 38 secs

 



Step 2
Sit on Bed hand touching my toes sitting on bed abb exercise 10 reps each side duration 1 mins 30 secs

Step 3
Bed Belly crunches 10 reps times two duration
2 mins

Step 4
Bent knee crunches up and down 15 to 20 reps estimate duration 3 mins

Step 5
Jogging on the spot in room 3 mins

Step 6
Warm down

Calf stretches on each leg for 20 secs hold each


MEDITATION

What I learned today

I heard the sea side on the app while Ofosu was talking I feel I did a little better than yesterday on

my meditation than yesterday and Ofosu asked 
a question at the end of the session was ( which person in your life are you grateful for having in

your life and why) so it was a very deep session. I just enjoyed it this morning before I left for work but I can always do better, but Ofosu is a brilliant instructor.
