Warm-up Routine my ( Own style)
Step 1 Ankle stretch holds for 33 secs each leg
Twice on each side.
Step 2 horse stance hold bent knees
1 mins pose hold
Step 3 Strength exercise 50 wall press ups
1 mins and 19 secs

Main exercise
Jogging down the street and back home
I don’t normally job due to my joints but on this Sunday morning I thought why not give it a go just this time
( duration 31mis) 6min rest 1 6mins rest 2)
1st rest period 6 mins rest
Jogging back home duration 16 mins

Step 1 touch my toes to stretch my back
Step 2 rotation spine 10 turns each side
Step 3 calf stretch hold 15 secs each leg
Step 4 rotation hips each for 20 secs

What I learned and liked about this routine was the sound affects of the morning with Ofosu’s
calm voice talking it was really soothing and helpful, more importantly what I learned today was every morning to every meditation one must
always look forward to their day with some of aim to get the best out of their day I’m truly great to Ofosu’s advice here he’s a great instructor I would say give this app a try what got to loose nothing
but gaining something new in an experience in your life, as life can be stressful at times meditation has really improved my state of mind but I need to improve on my sleep though.
