Warm-up routine

STEP 1) inside leg stretch 20 sec hold each leg

STEP 2) Ankle rotation spin 10 reps each turn each foot.

STEP 3) Rotation spine spin  10 rep and each turn

STEP 4)  floor press ups 10 reps

STEP 5) Thy stretch on each legs 10 sec hold

STEP 6) Horse balance hold 1 mins hold
