this App is great because the Instructor on the App Ofosu who is the voice you hear on the app as you are meditation is the session of
( Balance) sometimes in the breathing routine as part of the meditation sometimes I get my breathing wrong according to the Interpretation of
the instructions given and it might be my fault for not listening better but regardless practice is always a good thing to have when you try
something new like meditation so my overall opinion from my experience using this App this is a great App in ( Balance) to try.
