Today’s session was all about learning and development on breathing exercises in terms of how to breathe on the account of breaths you
take in and exhale from my body, and today learned how to adjust my mentality to always remember to breathe in a proper way that I can
clear my mind from clutter from the foundations of these Meditation exercises, I enjoyed this a lot after woke in the morning.
