Exercise to Meditation trial routine day 8 week 2
Aims and objectives this morning Before I go about to work the aim is get a little work out in my room to stay active and as healthy as possible but I know my diet more than exercise has to improve for sure.
Morning stretch I stretched my spine on my bed 20 sec hold

meditation ( THEME WAKING UP) was great in a sense I woke up a little bit of a headache and I didn’t know why but going through this meditation this morning I really felt ready for the day and Ofosu’s question was ( what did you like about yourself) in my mind my answer was ( I like the fact that I’m trying to grow everyday)What do I need improve by day ?
I need to stretch more before my day starts to throughout the week I need to look after my body because I felt a little tense in the thy today so overall I will improve.
