Side hip bed leg raises 10 reps on both legs up and down

3 mins sessions 

As I woke up today I got  I did a quick three minute energise breathing session where I breathe quickly through my nose and not my

mouth for a short period and then breathe normally I did this for a short period my inner peace felt good.
