Core aim to is do some exercise before I believe and I go to work today

Routine 1
Bed press ups 20 reps

Routine 2
Spine bed stretch for 20 secs

Routine 3
Squats for 1 minute

Routine 4
Side hip bed leg raises 10 reps on both legs up and down

As I woke up today I got I did a quick three minute energise breathing session where I breathe quickly through my nose and not my
mouth for a short period and then breathe normally I did this for a short period my inner peace felt good.
