
Aims and objectives
Main objective to keep things simple: get a little work and meditation before I leave for work this morning and really maintain the process
and trust the process of staying consistent between some form of exercise and meditation everyday or as much as possible, through all this time I realise I’m looking for
instant gratification externally I’m searching for it internally and i really feel im on a journey for the long haul.
Warm up stretches

Today my instructor Ofosu was getting me to focus on again feeling sensations of different parts of my body and it wasn’t easy this one because it almost felt like I didn’t feel anything,
but I realise between meditating from beginning to end between each meditation I realise sometimes my expectations are not
always in line between what I’m expecting the meditation session should be is not always what i expect which is good for me to recognise, because I feel I should let go fully of
expectations and become one with meditation and this is a goal of mine i wish to reach taking each day as chance to grow. Again great session Ofosu and the whole Balance team are doing great work.
