Aims and objectives 

As I woke up this morning I wanted to aim to simplify my work out, and stretch routine so I have a clear maintenance of the body and mind so this early morning this was my aim.

 

Warm up stretches

Step 1

Stretch my back posture exercise on bed 30 sec hold

Step 2

Rotate ankle

Rotation on ankles both feet 5 secs on rotation of ankles side to side

Today’s session was all about breathing and exhaling as per usual but the difference today with a twist is Instructor Ofosu really got to me

really focus on feeling the different sessions of my body, such my top of my head, forehead and limbs making me aware of all the

difference I feel about different parts of my body being tense and if I feel tense then I focus and that area to release tension by loosen that part of the body with a stretch for a few

seconds mixed with the breathing meditation techniques, i found this a great tool to learn this morning just before i went to work.
