Aims and objectives

Early start this morning apart from going to work I want start a little exercise than doing none because I realise it’s easier to make
excuses between doing my job and not finding any time to do any exercises for however long I should always aim to do something better than doing nothing at all.
Warm up stretches
Step 1 Bed stretch spine hold 30 secs

Step 2 spine rotation stretch both sides 30 secs old

Exercise routine
Routine 1 bed press ups 15 reps

Routine 2 squats for 1 mins
Squats
Routine 3 bed horizontal Abb exercise 11 reps

Warm down
Step 1 rotation spine on both sides of the hips
1 mins duration

Meditation

( Dealing with Anxiety) 5 mins
Today after I woke up this morning I woke with a little anxiety of worried I’ll be late for work I did this meditation and after doing this meditation I feel ready to take on the day
