Aims and objectives
My aim this morning from waking up from my pillow sleepy still, my aim is to still do some kind of exercise and meditation before I leave to go to work I don’t wanna make any excuses, I want build a to still change my life but by bit day by day.
Warm ups
Stretch 1
Back stretch on bed for 30 sec hold

Stretch 2
Back ball curl stretch 30 sec hold

Stretch 3
Arm cross body stretch 30 sec hold each arm

Routine 1
Wall press ups 80 reps

Routine 2
Abb vertical Abb exercise 11 reps

Routine 3
Knee raise leg elevation exercise 10 reps each leg
Pose 1

Knee raise leg elevation exercise 10 reps each leg

Routine 4
Squats for a 1 mins

Routine 5
Leg running exercise for a 1 mins

Routine 6
Abb bed crunch exercise for a 1 mins

Spinning spine rotation completed for 1 mins

Warm down 2
Calf stretch for a 15 secs hold with toes up

Warm down 3
Calf front stretch for a 10 sec hold hand holding foot behind bum
both legs

Warm down 4
Inside leg stretch hold for 10 secs each leg change

Today I did my Meditation session after my workout and today I did a breathing exercise today, the same exercise I did before in foundations meditation where I had to count my breath 5 times while inhale and breath out to count as one breath, this I had to repeat this method 10 repititions than 5 repititions and doing this exercise was great as I really felt the benefits of this breathing exercise mentally and physically.

Thanks for another great article. Where else could anyone get that type of information in such an ideal way of writing? I’ve a presentation next week, and I’m on the look for such information.
