Exercise to Meditation; routine day 13 week 2


Aims and objectives 

To do my stretches today and do some strengthing exercises on the wall and on the bed

Warm up stretches

Step 1

Back stretch curl up stretch 40 secs hold on either side

 

Step 2

Curl ball back stretch hold for 30 sec

Step 3

Knee stretch on bed 10 reps on both knees

Step.4

Back rotate curl spine both sides 30 secs hold

Press up on wall 80 reps

V shape back exercise on bed 10 reps

I mind Abb curl exercises 1 mins long

Warm down

I didn’t do any warm down after the exercises maybe it’s a mistake but apart from back being a little stiff and tight I probably should of stretched a little more I’ll continue to learn.

Today I did this meditation today after the workout I felt good and the gratitude was about breathing in meditation was about finding 3

things I had gratitude for, firstly I had gratitude for my big bro Mike who I just spoke to always giving me

encouragement, the 2nd was God given me life, and the 3rd is given myself credit in my life for never giving up not who tells me I can’t achieve.

This was a brilliant session id advice anyone to try this App.
