Aims and objectives
My aim today is got to the gym and really work for an hour but sometimes it might be more time there I need a good workout with attention to detail of my repitition exercises and stretches.

Warm-up 2 Hip stretching on floor siting position

Warm-up 3 Knee stretches 5 secs hold knee downwards for 10 reps each leg

Warm-up 4 Crawl back and fourth on the floor for 30 secs

Warm-up 5 Squat position hold for 1 min

Warm-up 6 Hip sideways stretches 10 reps each leg side

Warm-up 7 kneeling position for 30 secs

Warm-up 8 rotating Ankle both ankles done for 10 secs each side

Warm-up 9 Thy and back floor butterfly stretch for 1 min

Warm-up 10 Floor hip rotation stretch for 47 secs

Step 2 Abdominal floor exercise on floor 10 reps

Step 3 Press up 20 floor reps

Step 4 squats for 1 min

Step 5 Jogging on the spot for a 1 mins

Step 7 Side way skip from one side of the other floor matt 1 mins

Step 8 Knee squats for 1 mins

Step 9 Dumbell oblique exercises 10 reps each side part 1

Meditation
I missed my meditation Session Today. due to me coming back from a night out I went straight to the Gym for 3 hours and didn’t mediate at all I cannot keep doing this I’ll do better in the future.
