Exercise to Meditation; routine day 11 week 2


Aims and objectives

Today I don’t feel too well and I was thinking about not going into work today but I thought

NO scratch that I’m going in not only am I going in today I’m going do a little exercise routine and meditation today so I’ll see how it goes

Warm-up

Step 1

Thy stretch on the bed 40 secs hold

Step 2

Back stretch on bed for 40 secs hold 

 

Step 3

Squats for a 1 mins

Week 2 exercises and stretches

 

Step 4

Wall press ups for 70 reps 

 

Step 5

Holding water 1 litre in each hand oblique exercise 1 mins

Step 6

Abb crunches on bed for 1 mins

Today’s session was another much needed lesson considering I didn’t feel too well today meditation of waking up really got senses going

and I intend keep going to meditate due reading Jessica Huie’s book Purpose I’m inspired to keep growing day by day.
