Aims and objectives to achieve 

Simply to make excuses for not exercising in some way before I go to work.

Step 1

Stretching my back on bed 20 sec hold

Step 2

Twisting my spine on my bed 20 sec hold each side.

Week 2

Step 3

Stretching hands to toes on my bed 20 secs hold

Knee raises on bed 10 reps x 1 each leg

Bed Abb exercise 10 reps

Wall Push ups 60 reps

Floor Abb exercise 1 mins

Side leg raises 10 reps each leg on bed

Instructor Ofosu 

After I finished my morning exercise routine I sat on my bed to sit still and listen to my Instructor Ofosu and today’s theme was all about Gratitude while mediating.

It was great again maybe I’m hard on myself but I don’t feel I followed the instructions well but I was mediating in stillness which was very beneficial and although I’m at the beginning of my meditation journey I can real feel and see

the positive effects of meditation from using apps like (BALANCE) are great but practice always improves the days and weeks forward.
