Aims and objectives this morning weekend is get more of a workout more than I normally would during the week days of while at work
today is just about doing the same with more of a freestyle or workout than following
instructions from a video to test what ive learned from memory.

Warm up stretches
Step 1
Stretching the front of my thy for 20 each leg.

Step 2
Inner leg stretch 20 sec hold on each leg

Step 3
Calf back leg stretch on each leg 20 sec hold stretch

Step 4
Stretching chest for 10 sec hold

Step 5
Rotation spine twist from one shoulder twist to other side

Routine 1
Jogging on the spot for 1 mins

Routine 2
Star jump for 1 mins

Routine 3
Touching side to side of the gym mat

Routine 4
Leg raises in motion for 1 mins

Routine 5
Floor press ups 10 reps

Routine 6
Curl Abb exercise for 1 mins

Routine 7
Abb exercise for 10 reps

Routine 8
Star jumps for 1 minute

Routine 9
Knee high touching hands on repitition for 1 mins

Step 1
Front of thy stretch for 10 secs

Step 2
Inside leg stretch on each leg for 10 secs

Step 3
Rotate spin for 10 reps on each side spine twist

Today’s session between my exercises to the meditation was great because, I came home late last night and woke late this morning while I had it to meditate my mind was little cloudy and after this morning meditation my mind feels Very.
