Aims and objectives
Woke up late today and I found a bit of time between my day in a part of the building I work which was quiet to do a little exercise and squeeze my meditation routine so this was my process below.

Routine 1
Press ups on wall 50 reps.

Routine 2
Squats for 1 mins

Routine 3
Press ups on wall 50 reps.

Routine 4
Hip leg raises 10 reps each leg

5 mins sessions
( Theme Foundations Body scan and Breathing focus Final session)
I’m at work now just doing my final my foundation session by Ofosu and today I learned even within a work in environment body
scanning with breathing has a different emotional feel compared to doing meditation, generally in familiar space.
